Athena Naturals wants our website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technologies.

  1. Our Goal

    We aim to improve the accessibility and usability of our website over time and to follow generally accepted accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines where reasonably possible for our current site and resources.

  2. Current Accessibility Features

    • Keyboard-accessible navigation and cart controls.
    • A skip-to-content link on the homepage and order confirmation page.
    • Text alternatives for key product and brand images where appropriate.
    • Reduced-motion handling for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
    • Clear support contact information.

  3. Third-Party Checkout

    Checkout is provided by Stripe. Stripe controls the accessibility of its hosted checkout experience, but you can contact us if you have trouble completing an order and we will try to help.

  4. Feedback

    If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email us at support@athenanaturals.us. Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, your browser and device if known, and the assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it.

    We will review accessibility feedback and use it to prioritize improvements.
