We want you to feel confident trying Athena Naturals. If you are not happy with your purchase, email us and we will make it right.

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

    If you try our toothpaste and decide it is not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the toothpaste purchase price. This guarantee applies even if you have opened and used the tube.

    Email support@athenanaturals.us with your name and order number. You do not need to send the product back unless we specifically ask you to. If we ask for a return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  2. Defective or Damaged Products

    If a tube arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the affected tube and send a replacement tube at no additional cost, including shipping.

    Email support@athenanaturals.us with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for a photo or other details so we can understand what went wrong.

  3. Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

    If your order is lost in transit, arrives with items missing, or contains the wrong product, email support@athenanaturals.us with your name and order number. We will work with you to replace or refund the affected items at no additional cost.

  4. Refunds and Original Shipping Charges

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process eligible refunds within 10 business days after reviewing your request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

    Under the Satisfaction Guarantee, we refund the full purchase price of the eligible toothpaste. Original shipping charges, if any, are refunded when the product was defective or damaged, the order was lost or incorrect, or we made another error.

  5. Purchases from Other Retailers

    This policy applies to purchases made directly from Athena Naturals. If you bought our toothpaste from another retailer, please contact that retailer about its refund policy.

    This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
